This policy outlines how Solid Perfumes processes, ships, and delivers your order across Sri Lanka. Please read this before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Sri Lankan public holidays.

ℹ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Areas & Timeframes
We currently deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch.

3. Store Pickup
We offer free store pickup from our Colombo showroom. To use this option:
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
- You will receive a confirmation message when your order is ready for collection
- Bring your order confirmation (email or screenshot) when you collect

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We use a flat-rate shipping model — the fee is the same regardless of the size or value of your order.
- Shipping fee is shown clearly on the checkout page before payment.
- No hidden fees — the price at checkout is the final price.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all orders:

| Cash on Delivery (COD) | Pay in cash when your order arrives. Available island-wide. |
| Direct Bank Transfer | Transfer to our bank account. Order is dispatched once payment clears. Use your Order ID as reference. |
| PAYable (Visa / Mastercard) | Secure online card payment via PAYable. Instant confirmation. |
| PayKoko (BNPL) | Buy now, pay in 3 interest-free instalments using your debit or credit card via PayKoko. |
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a notification via WhatsApp or phone with your tracking details (where available).
- For any enquiries about your order status, contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone.
- Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
- Please do not return items without contacting us first.

8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, adverse weather, or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone and we will follow up with our courier immediately.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
